Open source? YES!
Mep Video Tools will be free (I hope you help me paying anything you like!) and open source! But before releasing the source code I will complete all the main functions. I can’t handle a collaborative project now if many people join editing the code.
As soon as the program final version launches and I write a minimal documentation, I’ll share the source code using a free software license (GPL or GPL-like). This will allow that other devs customize, fix bugs and add new features on top of the work I started. By the way my project uses another good work from wonderful software like ffmpeg and sox… Unity makes strength!
